Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be booked through the Booksy app

Appointments should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance

Services outside regular hours are subject to additional fees

Walk-ins are welcome and served as availability allows
Arrival & Waiting

Please arrive on time for your appointment

Clients may wait in their vehicle or outside until notified

Appointments will be canceled if no response is received within 15 minutes
Services & Pricing

Only booked services will be performed during the appointment

Additional services require extra time and fees, and may need rescheduling
Cancellations & Changes

Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge
Health & Safety

Strict sanitation and hygiene protocols are followed
